How to download YouTube videos to your Ipod

Downloading videos from YouTube to your Ipod is fast and easy if you know what your doing, follow steps here and you'll be watching videos on your ipod in no time.

1. Go to the video you want to download on YouTube.
2. Copy the URL of the video ( same as the web address, starts with http:// )
3. Go to http://www.savevid.com/ and past URL where it says URL.
4. Click on the download mp4 button and save file to desktop. ( make sure to label it what you want )
5. Open up Itunes, click on file button at the top, select import file, select file under desktop.
6. Click on Ipod icon under devices, click on video tab at top, select the video to be downloaded.
7. Click Apply, and you done.

New Ipod Shuffle

The third generation IPod shuffle was released on 11 March, 2009. It's the smallest Ipod yet, with dimensions of 1.8 x 0.7 x 0.3 in. It also holds the most memory of any Ipod shuffle to date with 4GB of memory, or enough to hold 1000 songs. It also comes with allot of new features never seen in an Ipod before. One of its most exciting features is VoiceOver technology, witch means that it talks to you. VoiceOver lets you know the song title you are listening to and the playlist. Also this is the first ipod shuffle that lets you put multiple play list on it, so you can have one for every thing you do like driving or working out.
The reason why this ipod is so small is that its controls are located on the ear bud cord. This lets you control you ipod without having to get it out between songs. Also it lets you switch between playlist. There is a problem back to this new technology thought, you cant use your own head phones. So if you lost your ear buds you would have to replace them threw apple for $30.

With all that in mind i consider this new Ipod the first particle Ipod shuffle. Now you can fit your whole itunes library on to it, and also make play list. Also you now have the ability to have a song title announced, so you can hear the song you want. It also is smaller and lighter than ever, and is only $79. This might just be the first Ipod shuffle I will buy.

How to get gameboy games on jailbroken ipod touch

It was a big disappointment when I jailbroke my ipod touch and found how few games there really was in cydia. The whole reason why i jailbroke my ipod touch was mostly to get all those free games everyone was talking about. I soon found out that getting games where harder than i thought. It turns out that you have to do a few extra steps to get them....

1. Open cydia and click on the manage tab at the bottom.
2. Click on sources, then the add button.
3. Type in http://apt.123locker.com/
4. Go to selections and click on the game folder.
5. Download GBA BIOS file (required)
6. Download GBA ROMS (any package)
7. Click an game boy app and play games.

What to do after you jailbreak your ipod touch

When I first jailbroke my ipod touch I had no idea what to do. There is so much that you can get from cydia and installer it is overwhelming. What I started to do was download everything, even if I didn't know what it did. This made my ipod very slow, and deleting all the stuff was hard to do. So I ended up restoring my ipod and then jailbreaking it again. That mistake of downloading everything made me loose allot of time. I do not want you to make the same mistake so follow what is on the list.....

1. Open up cydia, go to sections at the bottom, open Repositories, and add all the sources you want. I recommend not getting any language support packages, because it will give you things you cant read. What adding sources dose is let you get more apps from different places.
2. One of the best things to down load is dtunes, it is the same as itunes but everything is free. Things that download with dtunes is Mobil terminal that lets you down load things off the Internet to your ipod. The way to use dtunes is downloading torrents. Torrents can be games, music, and videos. Once you click on the get torrent button open up Mobil terminal, and type .//gettorrent to start downloading.
3. A must have app that is my favorite is MewSeek Pro. What it dose is let you search song titles, and down load the song to your ipod with one click. You do need to click on import to itunes button to have it with the rest of your music after you down load it. Still it is much faster than dtunes when it comes to music.
4. By far the most popular app is WinterBoard. What this app dose is it lets you customize EVERYTHING. The way to use it is download themes for it in cydia, click on WinterBoard and put a cheek on what you want to display. It's that easy!!!
5. A use full app is BossPrefs. The only thing I use on it is numeric battery, this lets you see % of battery left instead of battery icon.
6. Five icon dock, lets you change the amount of apps you can fit on the bottom to 5 instead of 4, this comes in handy if you have a lot of apps.
7. Mx tube, lets you download youtube videos right to ipod touch.
8. Cateqories, lets you put apps in folders.
9. xtra-sender, lets you send free text messages for free.
10. MobileMusicPlayer Flip, lets you combine video and music into one.

Those are the best things to do after you jailbreak you ipod. That list did not include games and video sites, stay tuned for a cydia top 20.

How to jailbreak the Ipod touch and the Iphone

The ipod touch has so many things it can do, but apple has restricted us from being able to use all of its features. That is why more and more people are starting to jailbreak there ipods. Jailbreaking is a way to unlock you ipod so it can run third party software. This provides you with the ability to install free music downloaders, free movies, free games, free TV, better video players, the ability to customize EVERYTHING, and so much more.

Jailbreaking your ipod can be fast and easy, if you know what your doing. It is important to do it right because, it can mess up you ipod. Follow the steps and you will soon have a working jailbroken ipod.

1. Cheek to make sure you ipod is up to date with itunes latest software for it. It's the one that lets you play games on your ipod. ( 2.2.1 )
2. Download Quickpwn 2.2.1 http://www.quickpwn.com/ ( make sure to save it to your desktop )
3. Click on the newly created folder. It will give you a message to format folder. Click format and save it to you desktop.
4. Plug your ipod in and open up itunes. Click on the ipod icon under devices. Click on the restore button and let run. ( don't worry you will be able to recover all you stuff )
5. Click on the formatted folder on you desktop. Open it up and click on the Quickpwn file. Run the program. Make sure to follow the instructions.
6. Now your ipod is jailbroken, but you still need to restore it back to your old ipod. You do that by opening up itunes, clicking on the ipod icon under devices, and selecting restore back to old ipod name.

If for some reason after you jailbroke your ipod it doesn't boot up, and is stuck on the apple icon, you will have to fix it. This happen to me and the way to fix it is ..........

1. hold down the power and the home button till your ipod turns off
2. hold down the power and the home button for 10 seconds
3. let go of the power button and keep holding the home button till you see an itunes sign
4. open up itunes and click on the ipod icon under devices, click restore and let run
